The poor groom can get pretty overlooked during all the chaos of wedding planning, which is crazy since he’s a rather important part of the wedding day. And his outfit is really important in helping set the tone for the wedding.
If the bride can wear something that showcases her individual style and personality, the groom should be able to do that as well.
I’ve put together some inspiration for grooms that are having a winter wedding and want to wear something more individual and unique than a standard suit.
Cold winter weather means that thicker materials not only help to keep you warm, but also often allow you to incorporate some really cool patterns and textures in to the outfit. Think fabrics such as tweed, corduroy or velvet. And don’t forget that the groom should also be allowed to accessorize, with items such as a hat, gloves, braces and even a scarf to finish the outfit off.
